The Pasubio Group, a leader in the production of high-quality leather and interior materials for the luxury and premium automotive segment, is continuing its evolution toward a more customer-oriented approach, with strategic pillars that include continuous improvement, technological innovation, quality focus, internationalization, and sustainability.
To strengthen our analysis and reporting activities on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impact, we are opening a search for a Sustainability Specialist.
Location: Arzignano (VI), Italy
Key Objectives of the Role:
The selected candidate will contribute to the development of the Group’s ESG strategy and support the implementation of the defined sustainability roadmap.
Main responsibilities include:

Analysis and evaluation of environmental impacts

Support to sourcing, quality, and R&D functions in meeting performance KPIs

ESG reporting and disclosure

Management of sustainability audit processes
-
Project management for initiatives included in the strategic ESG plan

Risk and compliance analysis and management
What we are looking for:

Degree in environmental sciences or engineering disciplines
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with databases; openness and interest in using AI tools

Required languages: Italian and English

Strong listening and communication skills

Flexibility and adaptability

Empathy, ethics, and transparency

Curiosity and self-learning mindset

Organizational skills and team spirit
