For this reason, Conceria Pasubio encourages its legal representatives, directors, executives and employees as well as all other third parties to report any relevant violation for the purposes of the Whistleblowing Policy of which they become aware, through the Whistleblowing Reporting System: an advanced web platform, which can be used from any device and even anonymously, separated from the Group's IT systems, because it is hosted by an independent server and which allows reports to be made in a highly confidential and easy way, and guarantees high standards of security and data protection of the reporter and the whistleblower.

Furthermore, the Whistleblowing Reporting System complies with the regulatory provisions pursuant to Legislative Decree n.231/2001 and EU Directive 2019/1937.
